Refund Policy

To enquire about a refund, please contact us.

Session Appointments
A fee will be charged for all session appointments rescheduled and/or cancelled within 48 hours of the full price of the treatment. 

 

Refunds
If a refund is approved that would not be a new session or gift card, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved a refund, please contact us.
